Hey everyone,
It’s been a while since I last shared some updates with you. Lately, I’ve noticed a bit of a lull in my photography output, and there are a few reasons behind it.
Firstly, the weather has been quite unpredictable. We’ve had some unseasonably warm days, perfect for cycling, which has been a much-missed activity for me during the winter months. However, the transition from warmth to wet and cold conditions wasn’t exactly motivating for outdoor photography. I found myself opting for the comfort of indoor activities instead.
On top of that, work has been particularly demanding lately, leaving me with limited energy and time for post-processing photos and videos after long days.
But, as they say, every cloud has a silver lining. Recently, the weather has improved, and I was able to spend a fantastic weekend exploring the trails on my mountain bike. It was a refreshing change of pace and just what I needed to reinvigorate my spirits.
In other news, I’ve been feeling a bit of Instagram fatigue lately. The constant pressure to engage with the platform and keep up with its algorithms has started to feel draining. It seems I’m not alone in this sentiment, as many others, even those with large followings, have expressed similar feelings of being overwhelmed by the demands of social media.
However, despite these challenges, I’m pleased to say that things are starting to look up. I’ve found renewed inspiration and motivation to get back into the groove of processing photos, writing, editing, and sharing content with all of you.
